Terms & Conditions

 

By paying a deposit for our services you agree to our following terms and conditions.

 

Payment policy

-An initial invoice will be sent to reserve your booking as a deposit.

-It is only possible to receive a full refund of your deposit if you give a minimum of 6 weeks notice prior to the booking commencing.

-Reservations can be changed at no charge up to within 3 weeks of the holiday date commencing. Any changes are subject to availability.

-We recommend taking out travel Insurance, as no cancellations will be accepted within 3 weeks of your holiday commencing. This condition applies to both accommodation and all pre booked activities.

 

Accommodation

-Minimum stay 3 nights stay. However, shorter stays will be considered at our discretion.

-Check-in:  2:00pm, Check-out: by 11.00am

-A late check in charge of 25€ per booking will be charged for arrivals between 11.00pm & 7:00am.

-Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the initial deposit has already been paid.

-Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.

 

Activities

-Cancellation of any activities booked prior to arrival cannot be refunded under any circumstances after the clients arrival due to the amount of planning and organisation that takes place to deliver these activities.

-At our discretion it may be possible to swap surfing days for paddleboarding and vice versa. We are not able to give refunds on pre booked activities.

-It is an industry standard to not give refunds for pre booked kitesurf lessons when there is not enough wind during the client's stay. However, we choose to refund 50% of the remaining hours booked if there has not been enough wind for the pre booked lessons. Kite lessons can also be saved for another visit and a voucher will be given via email.

-Cancellation of all activities booked on site without giving less than 24 hours notice in advance will be charged in full.

-For safety clients are strictly required to follow the instructions of their teacher within the activity they are taking part in.

-All the activities we provide ourselves are fully insured to cover miss practise on our part where a customer may become injured. The customer is not covered by insurance for general injuries such as fin cuts, sunburn, collisions by surf boards, weaver fish stings etc, that are not the fault of the surf school.

 

Airport Transfers

-It is the client's responsibility to read the joining information for the transfer within the email sent by us prior to arrival.

-It is the client's responsibility to find the transfer desk and check in with them within 30 minutes of the plane landing. 

 

Travel Insurance

-We recommend taking out good quality travel insurance for your holiday.

-We recommend that you have an up to date EHIC card or equivalent for any medical services you might need.

-We are not responsible for any robbery, theft or damages of personal items that occurs whilst you are in our care or staying at our accommodation.

 

Rental equipment

-All equipment requires a deposit of a passport, driving licence or credit card before hire

-If any equipment is not returned the local and european authorities will be informed and the deposit type will be retained.

-Equipment is always paid in full before rental

-Any damage to equipment will be charged at our discretion to fix or replace the item
