Step-by-step introduction to the equipment and basics of climbing techniques, rappelling/abseiling and top-rope setup.

What's Included?

3 - 4 hrs session of rock time.
Introduction to climb equipment & safety
Practical training in belay technics, basic climb technics, outdoor toprope setup, rappelling/abseiling
Transfer to the spots around Lagos and Sagres, pick-up and drop-off.
Complete climbing equipment rental

What to Bring?

Bring backpack with water (2L)
Sturdy shoes, wind-sun protection.

Beginner Lesson

Tuesday & Thursday, 9.30 AM – 5 PM
Private guiding 130€ + 20€ equipment/each. Up to 2 ppl. (On request)
For Beginners only.
Maximum 6 ppl group size. Minimum age of 12 years old.

HALF DAY Course

Monday & Wednesday 9 AM – 1 PM, pick-up time 15 min prior.
Private guiding 120€ + 20€ equipment/each. Up to 2 ppl. (On request)

Saturday, 9.30 AM – 5 PM
